in response to iceire... I think you should worry more about yourself and dont be mad at her because you cant get food stamps !! that sucks that you want to see her get in trouble. There are really theives lurking around like those people that just stole hundreds of thousands from the human reources administration no these was actual workers. So dont be mad at her because she knows how to play the game !! and what does the elcetricity bill have to do with the food stamps and what does her lease have to do with you ?? you evicted her right ? so i think you should stop being bitter about getting denied food stamps and ask for a fair hearing !!!
